Spring Turkey Hunting at Rice Creek is unique is several ways. The turkey hunting area is 500 acres of truly rugged oak hills with deep ravines and beautiful bluffs. Just seeing the woods is an experience!
All the hunts are in the spring and as the day wakes up, all your senses will, too. Especially your ears as you hear all the sounds of spring; and most of all, if you get that Tom Turkey to answer your call. Stay at the lodge the night before your hunt and get up before the crack of dawn, and plan for a day that will soon not be forgotten.
Turkey season at Rice Creek runs from the last week of March through the 2nd weekend of May.

2010 Archery Turkey Hunting "More Details" Turkey Hunting Package - (Members of the hunt club and their guests only) includes the hunt and overnight lodging the night before, continental breakfast, lunch at 11:00 a.m., a guide to take your group to the woods if needed, map of woods, and a cleaned turkey.
